Which of the following LMI protocol options is NOT supported on Cisco routers?
LAPF
ANSI
Cisco
IEEE
ITU
Frame Relay uses the LMI (Local Management Interface) protocol to manage the physical access link and PVCs (Permanent Virtual Circuits) that use the access link. LMI messages are typically exchanged between a DTE (router) and DCE (Frame Relay switch) over the access link. Cisco routers have three options for the LMI (Local Management Interface) protocol: Cisco, ITU(International Telecommunications Union), and ANSI(American National Standards Institute). These LMI options are slightly different and are not compatible with each other. The DTE and DCE must use the same LMI option to make sure LMI works fine.
